  • Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery 
UK Standard Delivery is £9.50 and deliveries will be made within 2 to 5 working days after you place your order. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
 
International Delivery
£20 Worldwide delivery via DHL International Express Delivery. Delivery will be made within 5 to 7 working days.Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.
 
  • Returns

All earrings & masks orders are FINAL and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

Eclectic Chique gladly accepts returns EXCEPT earrings and face masks for hygiene reasons. For all other items, you have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please provide us with the original invoice and include it in the return package. The item has to be returned in the same condition as received. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and without the return tag and all original tags attached to the item. All original packaging must be undamaged and intact as this is considered part of the product and will not be accepted as return, if not or missing. As soon as we have received the returned item and it has undergone a quality control check we will credit your debit/ credit card within 10 working days. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of the package sent. Items lost in transit and will not be compensated. Eclectic Chique does not cover any return expenses.
